This is the new version of the hobbel download manager.
The whole DLL has been rebuilt to use my own HTTP handler which enables you to use a very large number of simultaneous downloads.

Features:
Threaded downloading
Improved memory management (reduces chance of crashes)
Get the value of HTTP response headers
Pausing and resuming downloads
Custom HTTP request headers
Support for proxy servers
Partial downloading of files
Adding cookies to your download
Get the status of your download
Get the size of the download
Get the download speed in bytes per second

Note! Because returning percentages in DM_GetProgress makes more sense, DM_GetCompleted and DM_GetProgress have switched meaning.
